Cons
Don’t be fooled. Absolutely useless if you want to smoke ribs as it lowest temperature on the lowest setting is close to 200 centigrade. Getting support after buying a char broil was a very bad experience along with getting parts for it.

Overall i am really impressed with the build quality and the internal oven
First a friend of mine has a charbroil not this product but he loves it and told me the quality is good its a big us brand etc
I read some reviews online saying the build quality was dodgy

Price is good it smokes roasts grills and pizza is great if its thin crust
It worked for my purpose but the price is bit high
Packaging/appearance
On opening the box the bbq was well packed maybe over packed with lots of non recyclable waste

Getting chicken out of the basket is the worst part its clumsy as the meat sticks

The griddle has small holes not large gaps so small items will not fall through

The benefits of infra red are the heat distribution it doesn’t get hot spots on the actual body only on the internal stainless oven
