Although i really like this teakettle, i was very disappointed when chantal refused to replace it.

I honestly believe this was a manufacturing defect because they no longer use plastic.

The fact that, at the present time, chantal only uses metal for the spout/whistle in that particular model seems to confirm my theory.

Says it's study and 1 piece not like the cheap one he picked up at walmart that leaked and rusted within 2 weeks.
