Pros
As you can see in my pics, the two are virtually identical. Helps stretch my lumbar area and feels good. Perhaps because i've got a thicker than average neck, it's the only one i've used.
This helps at least 50% of the time relieving my headaches. Some people rest their forehead on the bar, but i find it more effective if i put it under my chin and lean my head back slightly.
Only drawback is my front door is the only one i can use it at in my prefab home. Instructions are fine. My only wish is that the counterweight on the opposite side of the door would hold it on the door all the time.
This little contraption is the best thing ever! I have one at home and this is the best thing ever. Worth every penny. This thing does it in the privacy of your home for pennies on the dollar.
Cons
Not sure if i was ever refunded or not. The plastic pvc that is surrounded by foam around the neck part will break and cause injury. It's not worth the $90 i spent on it.

May be a hit or miss for some 4 me the neck portion was made a bit to thick also slight rubber smell

Nothing ever gets used consistently because you either have to lay down on the floor or the product has be taken out of its hiding place and you forget about it

I give a word of caution with this device i had been seeing a chiropractor regularly that used this device in his office
