Pros

Purity is my go-to site for he shou wu. They have good customer service and are very responsive to emails. I appreciate the company going to extra lengths to ensure my satisfaction and asking for feedback.

Cons

Took me 2 weeks to figure out the culprit was this fo-* product. It just clumps up even in boiling hot drinks like coffee. I have to use a mixer to get it to dissolve without clumping.

Honestly ive never bought a different brand of he shou wu so i cant compare this brand to others

I was using another brand of he shou wu previously and it made me feel off
