He wore it so much that the screw to the beads started getting loose so now we have to kkep an eye on it when he is wearing it so we dont loose it if it falls off

If you have this on your baby and they pull the necklace apart you will not have a ton of tiny stones for baby to choke on

This item does not have a breakaway clasp for that reason i would not recomment wearing around the neck
