Pros

Ginger ninja punching bag is a great workout tool. It's particularly satisfying when you hit it hard enough to knock it over.

The zipper seems to double around twice and is a decent quality zipper. The pattern on the bag is anatomic - the pattern changes at the levels of (my) head, neck, and knee. Fantastic heavy bag.

The base weighs 110 lbs and seems very durable. Laying the pell next to the base, you connect the heavy duty zipper and work the zipper closed, then fold the flap over.

Cons

It's more like an oversized aerobic wavemaster. The foam near the bottom gets crushed and then it leans a lot even when the base is sitting flat. It's like a little kid pop-up punching bag.

The fact that it is so expensive is beyond absurd. To top it off it isn't even worth returning it because the shipping costs has to be paid by the customer and it costs over $!

I would consider busying a higher priced heavier based one that will rebound faster and not fall over with little power applied to strikes
