Pros

This one is great for cardio and stick work. I wish it were a bit heavier but i like the adjustment for height ability.

Filled it with 100# of sand, feel safer with that over water in a finisher room. Def need to fill it up more. It moves a lot despite 2-3 bags of sand being poured in.

Cons

High density foam is a joke. Do not confuse this with a heavy bag. The sawed-apart punching structure got put out with the trash and picked up this morning, finally.

The bag is too light for punches or kicks. You have to wear full gloves because it's fabric not vinyl so any exposed skin will get torn up. I have other targets of various sizes; this is cheaply made.

Not only is the seller ridiculous to work with, but even amazon is being awful about it. As an adult, this product falls far short of any reasonable expectations. Should be advertised as suitable for children.
