Pros
Packaged in full retail packaging with helpful information of the type and doses of the various vitamins and minerals within. As with most multivitamins it is very difficult to review as we all have different nutritional needs.
Cons
The tablets are far too big and almost impossible for me to * even with an entire glass of water. Clearly no qa process was done here. They need to make these half the size then increase the dose to 2.

Its important to remember they should only be used as a supplement where possible however not an outright replacement

The tablets are of a medium size and arent difficult to swallow but they are scored and can very easily be broken in half for those that find it more difficult to swallow larger tablets if required they could even very easily be crushed into something like a yoghurt
