This seat is very durable and easy to clean. It fits perfect for a comfort height/ada toilet. The metal pins that are its hinges are stainless steel, so they should be long-lasting. It comes with instructions.

The drake cst744s seems to be wider than most elongated bowls. It was recommended as the alternate replacement to the toto brand. The bone color matches our biscuit toilet better than the biscuits does.

Good quality item. I am excited to have finally found a product that will last and not look like it belongs in a high school.
