Pros

If you hate taking supplements or pills already this is a good to take. The only side effects from cellfood are all positive. My body loves/craves this heart-healthy supplement in a bioavailable & true fashion.

Hair grows and nails grow. My nails are strong. I have a very physical job, which means i usually am not able to grow my nails long because they are constantly breaking. Nail & hair are better as well.
