Touch screen works fantastic! I close it firmly and within 60 seconds, it works itself back open. The touchscreen seems to work better with this case, especially the home button for logging in. This is a beautiful case but it does muffle your voice.

My iphone has a touch pad for unlocking it and the membrane over that area kept the sensor from working
