The material itself is thick and sturdy and the compartment is padded. The strap, seams and workmanship are great. The build quality is excellent, and the is the material quality.

This is a versatile well made little insulated bag that fits my samsung s8 and a few other things perfectly. Perfect bag for my samsung note 8. I now have the samsung ultra 20 plus and it fits perfectly fine with my outbox case.

The strap adapts to crossbody, waist, or shoulder use. The removable strap is wonderfully long & sturdy. It's small enough that you can kind of mush it in the seat behind you.

The company’s customer service is very responsive too. They have great customer service, super fast shipping. All the best, a faithful customer.

Cons

This bag, although very nicely made (but over priced) is poorly designed. No special pocket protection for cell phone. Outside pockets are completely unusable for anything other than a slip of paper.
