There's a learning curve, and having a camera to relay what is being seen to a laptop helps immensely. It is easy to use right out of the box, easy setup and move.

Updating the software took 4 hrs and did not fix the problem. Broke the controller. I am bummed out.

Wobbly tripod. Move in multiple erratic directions. Even just turning it on and skewing to a visible object, same thing.

Main red telescope tube has scuff marks and scratches. Screws are located on the side of the scope instead of aligned above the focuser/eyepiece. No digital or visible ra/dec coordinates. No damge to teh outside of the box.
