Pros
The trailseeker is a bit brighter, which has been of real benefit to me. They let in an amazing amount of light, which is great for stargazing. They are still great for general-purpose sighting, etc.
These binoculars are shockingly good. Included in the package was a strap device which you wear like a small vest. They come with a decent enough case, an average quality neck strap which i found comfortable.

Celestron is a great value compared to other more expensive brands with similar specs. Very robustly built. One drawback is the price tag.
The eyepiece allows you to adjust one optic different from the other. This is great for birding because glasses * to wear when using binocs. The eye cups work well with glass wearers.
Cons
Most binocular warranties are not like this. You pay one way and they pay the return. To me that's just wrong. Their product fails and you must pay for it both ways?

Celestron is know worldwide for their quality products at an affordable price
Competitiveness
Great image and decent low light performance for a 8x32 binocular
A lot of binos brands you pay for their marketing but celestron is a telescope brand but they clearly make good optics
Im no expert but compared these to a few other highly rated brands and some budget lesser known brands
