I noticed that if you used blankets and rolled them up a bit then jam them into the upper arms and leave about a foot coming out of the arm and into the torso then that supports the arm better and makes it stick straight out

The dummy was delivered from overseas pretty fast and the package since it was unfilled was relatively small
