The clamp with screw is distorting and will not stay clamped to my desk. The clamp-on base is crummy plastic.

Have to wiggle the light bulb in the socket to get it to come on. Light is ok, but who cares when it keep falling.

Clamp at the base of the lamp is too small and made of really cheap plastic. This renders the lamp useless unless i can make a homemade clamp for it or buy one. The clamp is nowhere near large enough to support the lamp if left stationary.
