Quality

I am really happy with the product

I only needed to unscrew the old fascia and replace it with the new one which fits nicely into the existing holes

This model does not fit in the same fitting holes as a previous version with the same size flap

So overall im happy with this product although it does have a couple of minor problems

Not as sturdy as they used to be

Just had to lift them up and gently push them through so the chips were activated

The second annoying thing was that they had missed out one of the domed plastic screw covers

For some reason the manufacturer specifies that lithium batteries should not be used

Programming your cats microchip into the flap is a little fiddly and you cant see if the led has started flashing while youre holding your cat in the tunnel on the outside
