Cons

Cable dropped the connection speed to 100 mbs on my 1 gig connections. Then, would get constant disconnects. You constantly have to readjust the wire to make it work.

The cable for the most part seems good, but the locking tab is no better or maybe not even as good as lesser value cables. With a premium price tag that it carried i'm extremely disappointed that the quality control isn't better.
