Pros

This desk has the exact dimensions i needed and a pull out keyboard tray. It's 36 wide, 18 deep, 30 tall (keyboard tray about 27 from the floor when installed) even the keyboard drawer is solid. The only thing i find annoying is the keyboard tray want... Read More

The planks are joined on the ends by finger joints. They are then glued together laterally. There is a small peg at the two front corners that fit into a slot on the top of the 'legs' or side pieces.

This desk is very well built with solid wood, not veneer particle board. It isn't flush but has a bump (molding) it seems to be solid wood instead of light weight laminated particle board.

The folding function is nice, because you can put the desk away with ease if necessary. Yes, it is a foldable desk, which was one of my requirements. The company could have used a thicker brace at the back between the folding sides.

Cons

Cardboard is not the super sturdy kind, therefore easily dented / torn, thereby causing damage to the item. Would not suggest for every day desk use. Maybe a nice nook piece to pay the bills on.

Desk is fine but again the keyboard tray is way too big. It's really flimsy -- maybe due to the fact that it's marketed as foldable.

I was able to fix it so that it is serviceable but since there were no chips in the box this damage must have occurred before shipping

Packaging/appearance

The slide out tray allows even more free space on the top of the desktable

Packaging came very neat with no rips holes or otherwise damaged

Competitiveness

I use it for my amateur radio station

The pullout drawer is stable and makes a great slideout keyboard shelf with enough room to write as well

Overall it’s a fantastic small desk for the price
