The only two ways to try to get as much off are by method 1 scraping it off from the dropper on the neck of the bottle which is virtually impossible as you have to keep turning it and get more oil on while you are doing so
While storing the bottle the dropper is fully immersed in the oil so that on pulling it out to get a drop in the eye the outside of the dropper is covered in oil which runs off into the eye before you have had time to give an exact measured drop
