Pros & Cons
Pros
Very sturdy and easy to use. Takes less time to press, when compared to rolling by hand. It’s heavy so does a good job of pressing.
Pressing the dough means all the dough is handled once and yields a better product. Now we know what is going into our torillas, ie; no preservatives, etc. With this press, i am able to get perfectly shaped rotis and they puff up beautifully.
Cons
It seems like it’s very sturdy but unfortunately not very efficient. The press itself is ok but not as thin as advertised. It was difficult to assemble, with not clear directions.
Don’t waste your money on this. It’s not worth it. Only used 3 times. But while washing all the black color started to come off. Would not recommend.
