The vibration alarm function also may not wake you but the fifth alarm has a special snooze function that goes off every 5 minutes that should be able to wake you

It has survived a fall while repelling down a slippery waterfall in belize the rocks broke the arm it was on but amusingly the watch still worked a spill off a motorbike in thailand and countless bumps and bruises while rock climbing in turkey
