It is efficient in that it will hold up to 5 by storing them vertically where horizontal instead of horizontally. It holds 5 pistols and 20 magazines, but can be reconfigured for 4 pistols with space for accessories.

Cons

Case club's only appeal is the pre-cut foam(not great btw), which you can also get from case club or diy. No foam, nothing. It does not work with full-sized firearms with a red dot.
