The center peekaboo opening is a nice feature held together with three spaced out strips of velcro

My favorite feature is the easy open velcro front and the fact that the cover will not blow in the wind because of the elastic

My only complaint is that i intended to give this as a gift to a friend who is due soon and the package came with a broken snap and wont close making it appear like a used item and therefore not suitable for gift giving

Was worried it would be a pain to put the baby in and out of the carseat with this on but the velcro opening on the front opens completely so that you can separate the panels its not sewn at the bottom which is what i was worried about
