Im not sure there is a lot to say about flax seeds but the convenience of these little pouches make life so much easier when im on the go and just tear one open and put some in my yogurt for breakfast etc

I also try to buy more organic and love when i can find organic made convenience type items and this would be one of them these packs are super convenient and easy to bring to work to throw in some yogurt or oatmeal or whatever you please
