Research suggests that hoovering is really the key to keeping them at bay. If you have moths don't hesitate in getting this product.
Cons
Main reason is these products are not strong because of law, pest control usually have very strong sprays as they licence to buy them. Not enough to do the front and back, as per instructions, on a medium size rug.

Was horrified to find carpet moths in stair carpet

We also disposed of a carpet that was in our loft we found moth cases in this even though it was wrapped in plastic
