It’s a capsule. I rotate it with other things, but it does give me a better appetite & energy. I have fibromyalgia.
One a day works for me. It works, if taken as prescribed! This stuff works - obviously - or else i wouldn't have ordered another bottle. Anyway, at least this one gives you a small break if you buy it on subscribe.
