Pros

This isn't a quick fix but a cheap one that will work. Arrived as described and on time. Have not had enough time to evaluate the efficiency but am pleased so far.

Chromium picolinate is easy to * and the price was good. One pill a day is a good thing. Convenient size, and no taste. Easy to * great value.

Cons

I'm not sure if it's the high dosage or my own personal reaction to this product. It has a bitter chalky taste. All i will say is consult with doctor before taking thus high dosage.
