I tried using the zipper on both sides but i guess one is just for looks as it will not open up

When the booties arrived i couldnt get my foot into them so i think they run small

The other reviews are right in that the heel starts to deteriorate over time but ive owned both pairs for over 6 months and i really dont think the heel looks terrible

In the photos ive attached you can see on the right foot that i peeled the piece that started to come off and on the left foot the bottom piece is starting to lift
