Okay now you need to realize that the insert will only last maybe about 6months and it will need to be replaced as with any other shoe boot to maintain comfort the other thing i recommend is to not use the laces that come with this boot they are too thin so they will hurt when you try to pull them tight

They took a while to break in have some band aids handy they did feel a little bigger than i would have preferred have to tie them extra tight to stop then slipping and rubbing
