Well worth the cost which is about the same as a 30day supply of nosestrips which are not that effective for me
The narrow connecter should be on the top of the head and the wide connecter should be on the back of the head

Unfortunately the strap has not been put on the dummy head correctly

It was one simple strap with some velcro one size fits all and it was a little small

It definitely kept my jaw shut but after doing a lot of perusing of the internet as well as experimentation ive discovered that the picture showing the positioning is incorrect
