I find it very refreshing to purchase products from a company that excels in product quality and customer service
I wish it came with a hand crank instead because it is quite an exercise to cock it even with the string
The crossbow parts are not exactly ar quality
It takes quite a significant amount of force to cock the device even with the assistance of the rope

I immediately told amazon i had a new one sent with 3 days and sent the old one back free of charge with one of their ups shipping labels
I did next day delivery and it did not come but amazon refunded my extra shipping cost which was like 70
Packaging/appearance
So the cardboard surrounding it didnt rub against the rubber coating
It arrived almost fully assembled which took no time setting up the rest right out of the box
Competitiveness
The accuracy was crazy ive shot a lot of highend rifles and this felt right at home once i adjusted to the bullpup style stock
You can really tell their products are made by people who are enthusiasts like their customers

Bought this bow when they first came out great bow have read some reviews on here first carbon express has great customer service so if you have any problems contact them they will make it better second i seen a bad review about it being heavy and inaccurate you cant shoot straight i tack drive with this bow out to 70yards so its not the bow its the operator

I got it i shot it and works great the scope is not good in low light conditions i will buy a better one

The bow itself is pretty much exactly how would picture it reading the synopsis of it

Well it moved on the lower picttany rail and when i tried to tighten it the screw went through the plastic
