Does what it says and does it well, 4 stars as it is a bit hard to tighten phone holder to base, but not impossible

I have a samsung note 9 with a speck case so the phone is fairly tall and thick.

The only caution i have is that the bottom prong piece does not completely wrap around the entire thickness of my phone (due to having the thicker speck case) but there is enough to hold the phone in place without problems.

The adjustable fit inside the cup holder is great, as is the tray that actually houses the phone.
