There are two magnetic pieces included i placed the large magnet inside the phone case and it still holds the phone it is a strong magnet for sure
When you place your phone on the mount it holds it securely during our drives i have not experienced it coming off and i do have a large galaxy phone
Makes life easier that you can glance at the phone having this at eye level hands free will save you from getting any tickets too
I tried putting this phone holder on a vent first but i didnt like that the phone almost completely blocked the vent
