Pros

Two days in and so-far so-good. Couldn't be happier. Very satisfied.

Clean both surfaces with denatured alcohol or whatnot before assembling. Couldn't be easier.

Maxine mirror looks good. I live in las vegas, so we'll have to see how the adhesive holds up to our summers, but for the price to replace it, who really cares?

Cons

Mirror is not flat and a bit dented. Should have stuck with oem. The slightest bit of pressure applying it to the mirror housing causes it to crack.

Almost a year later and the mirror is still firmly attached which is more than can be said for the orignal stock mirror

This one has withstood crazy temps and is still sticking
