The sticker guards came off easily and they were sticky enough that all of the surfaces took to the sticker with no issue

I was a bit confused as to how they work but filled one with water and then discovered that the piece inside of the bottle at the bottom rises as the product is emptied and can then be cleaned and refilled if desired
