Captains of crush (coc) hand gripper is exactly what i wanted. Worth the $25. For me. Really liking it.

Planning to purchase a higher level resistance to compliment the trainer. I am an athletic 150lbs guy that dominates strict pullups/muscle ups with ease.

This grip trainer is one of the best i have used. Can hold heavier weights longer w/o using straps. Works well to help build up grip strength.

Cons

Ironmind prides itself on being the standard of grippers. I'm not sure if this is a knockoff or fake.
