Highlights
Quality
Now that ive found the timer and grind settings i like im very happy with the results
I worked in cafes when younger and this is of comparable quality to those i used in restaurants
Couldnt work any better and am 100 satisfied with this purchase
So i am satisfied with the upgrade
Competitiveness
I bought this to replace my almost ten year old capresso burr grinder
Second i like a medium fine grind for use in a pourover
I had been suffering with a bodum burr grinder for many years slow noisy short timer
I toiled over reviews of many high end models

Manufacturer could possibly improve it by perhaps making the lining of the chute from burr to receptacle of the same plastic as that from which the receptacle is made and deal with the static problem of grounds clinging to the edge of the unit above the receptacle well
