It lightens dark areas of skin with no discoloration at all! The skin that was lightened actually looks even toned in color with good areas of my face. This is a good fading cream for dark spots, it evens the skin.

Once a day and the headaches are minor, with no ill effects. I just go to an every other day treatment and my skin calms down each time. I am now on a maintenance schedule to keep my skin progressing in the right direction.

Kojic acid is probably the best product to use for sunspots when you can only purchase over the counter. Works great in conjunction with my amlactin 12% lotion. I still use sunscreen during the day, which is a must.
