Pros

Easy to handle. Good size and grip on my hand. Not cheap but. I know most men may want a heavier ball.

I like it for a slight change of pace from the other balls i use, because it is a little more demanding in a way. The balls are great and they were shipped in time with no delay.

Cons

These items seems to be defective. Cap needs to stick to casting iron plates. Lasted literally 36 days and split.
