Pros

The shoulder straps are adjustable but not very long. The pockets close with either a zipper or velcro. The handles are adjustable, but there is not a separate, longer shoulder strap.

I love that the base is wider and it tapers up, which gives room for expansion. I only wish the side pockets were roomier.

Cons

When the main compartment is zipped, there is still a two-inch gap on both sides. It is very important to me that themain compartment be completely zipped. The quality control department needs an overhaul.

The smell is horrid. There's also an awful odor to it. Almost sent it back because of the odor. The smell even rubs off on your hands! This bag smells really strongly of chemicals.
