The box of the actual camera was already opened (not the big box) yes it has a good zoom, but it seems unable to focus on a lot of subject matter. Pictures come out very flat unless it's a very bright day. Night time mode is next to useless.

Since buying a canon eos 600d many years ago i have been a big fan of canon dslr cameras due to my advancing years and not being able to get out much i down graded from an eos 6d mkii to what i hoped would be a satisfactory all rounder and so it was apart from the focusing it took ages to give an image ready to shoot what ever the mode i set camera to so i started a return procedure lots of messing about with courier finally they collected delivered in two days then i get messages saying returns are delayed finally after an online chat then getting amazon to call me and what a performance all that is i get my refund a month after it was delivered back

Overall pleased with camera but do have a problem with auto focus at timesalso shaky picture when videoing but ok on playback
