My camera was recovered after being stolen and the only item missing was the lens cap

I didnt want to get a new cap style which would have meant some new means of securing the cap while camera was in use

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

A little pricey for a piece of plastic but i guess you pay for the canon name

The old style did not attach firmly

The 72mm lens cap will not fit on a 72mm tiffen circular polarizer but will fit on a tiffen uv filter

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

If you are one who leaves a circular polarizer mounted to the camera lens then this is not the lens cap for you

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

This is a great lens cap replacement but you have to make sure its snapped in all the way or it falls off

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

It should be the lens cap that is included with the canon lenses
