This has such a vile taste to it that i can only have a very small amount and haveto mask it with something sweet, which i'd like to avoid. Powder texture is like flour mixing in a shaker bottle.

I cannot speak to the issue of how this product does or does not help with energy protein synthesis or muscle growth since i have not been using it long enough or consistently enough to offer an opinion on that

It doesnt seem for me to mix very well into a straight juice for example into smoothies or similar drink works fine

I bought the straight powder based on bulk value but in future i would likely go for the capsules as a more convenient way to ingest it
