What you want to do is manipulate the top with your fingers a bit squeezing and rolling until you can see this thing open up when you press at the tabs

I would say if you dont screw the opening on perfectly it does leak and also if you notice it is leaking check the connection where the nozzle attaches at the bottom as we thought it was leaking but it just needed tightened
