Pros

The spring is how big the difference is between your ribs/hips and your waist, in inches, when your corset is laced down. The short torso fits comfortably if i don’t tighten, and snuggly when i do.

Everyone comes for the waist reduction, but stays for the back support and good posture. Gauge your breathing and comfort and adjust your lacing accordingly. This actually feels good for my lower back if i’m lifting too much.

The metal is cheaper than it looks, and the construction and attachment of the * leave something to be desired. I hope that my case is atypical. Otherwise look elsewhere. It is short in torso size. I am a short person and it still didnt work for me.
