Padding is removable and straps are adjustable. No annoying hooks, pinching, or struggle.

Normal sizing seems to work. The large fits but it will likely stretch. For reference- i am a 36c and buy the mediums- i find they hold me in.

It's so difficult to find affordable mastectomy bras and breast forms. This bra is so soft and feels amazing! This is the most comfortable bra that i have ever owned. The two issues with this bra are less bad than all others.
