It's very accurate & self-healing. Very sturdy. Has a slight odor but not bad. There are complaints that there is a “skunk smell’, but there isnt!
Everyone needs a rotating cutting mat if they are a quilter. The rotational ability makes it infinitely faster and easier. This mat really makes my quilting easier.
It seems to be durable, but i’ve only been using it for a few short months—but it’s still wonderful & in good shape, just like the day it arrived. Quickly and easily. Easy to use and seems durable.
No need to reposition fabric, just rotate and cut. Rotation is quite and the scale/ruler is 17 x 17. It also rotates 360°.
