First of all i don’t tend to suffer from shin splints or achilles problems when running so wasn’t really trying to “solve” any underlying issues

After a while i found them painful at the top i had to remove them

I naturally have puffy feet because by the end of the day my feet are more full of blood than at the start a non serious circulation issue

When i first received the sleeves i was quite shocked by how small they appeared and i must confess i find them a little difficult to get them on and very much so off i assume this is intentional

My only concern for other purchasers is the size it seems they are a one size fits all although my husband an average sized man would struggle to get them on
