Previously i used two dell displays with a macbook pro in combination with conventional hdmiadapters which a major pita to set up and use to the degree that i was reluctant to disconnect the displays once i had them up and running

I bought the caldigit thunderbolt 3 mini dock because it was the only one that offered a variety of ios along with two hdmi 4k display adapters

I had to unplug the mini dock and then reinsert it to reset the mini dock and get my multimonitors working as they should

Other than the above mentioned issues the other ios seem to function as they should
